Easiest. Chicken. Recipe. Ever. (Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts)

3 ingredients. That's it. It's so easy that it's almost not fair. But, it's yummy and will make anyone look like a pro. You can cook this for guests and they will think you slaved for hours. They don't need to know it took about 5 minutes to prepare, and those 5 minutes include getting out all the ingredients. Enjoy!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts
bacon
flavor enhancer (I used sage but garlic, rosemary, sun dried tomato or anything else would work too)

1. Place chicken breasts on a plate. Put on flavor enhancer of your choice on top of chicken. I used 1-2 sage leaves per chicken breast.

2. Wrap each chicken breast in 2 slices of bacon. Try to make it so the ends are on the bottom.

3. Place chicken in a baking dish. Bake at 350 until done, around 30-35 minutes.

So yummy! I served this with steamed rice and a veggie. I think it was broccoli because it's my Monkey's favorite. But all I remember is that the chicken was divine and my husband almost didn't believe me that it was that easy.

I made this with maple bacon and brown sugar ontop and it was very yummy, but too sweet for my husbands taste.
I served with fingerling potatoes and steamed carrots. I thought it was great, but next time will try with regular bacon.

My wife said, "Why did you thaw out chicken and bacon?" My response was: "I don't know but it's going to be bacon wrapped in chicken - I just don't know how to approach it and I've never done it." lol I googled "chicken breast wrapped in bacon" and your link was the best. It's cooking now... I think more precision on the timing would be good if you edit this post. (I'm nearing 35mins and still not done.)
