No Roll Pie Crust

My neighbor and friend gave me this recipe and I was skeptical to say the least. But then I tried it. It was really good! It's easy, flaky and tasty. Who could ask for more. Enjoy!

No Roll Pie Crust
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar

2/3 cup oil
3 Tbsp milk (another liquid can be used for DF)

Sift together dry ingredients into pie pan.
Whisk oil and milk, pour over flour mixture.
Toss with fork until mixed.
Set aside 1/2 to 3/4 cup of pastry to crumble over top or for a
smaller pie.
Pat the remaining crust to the bottom and sides of the pie pan.
Crimp edges.

That's it? Just like that? That sounds so easy! I love it!

It really is that easy! Now is this 'Blue Ribbon Winning Pie Crust'? Maybe not. But for people like me who love pie but haven't mastered making a crust that doesn't crack or get soggy...this will work. It's a lot quicker too and sometimes when you have a hankering for pie you just want pie and you don't want to wait for hours for the dough to chill. You just want to make it and eat it. LOL
