Super Secret Salad Dressing

This is one of those recipes that was passed to me by a friend and she got it from a friend and the friend got it from a friend...so much so that we don't know for sure where it originated at. But it's one of the most versatile, amazing, easy and tasty salad dressings I have ever made. And I make it often and use it for everything from on top of my favorite salad, to marinate any meat and to use as the vinaigrette on a pasta or rice salad.

Try it. I promise you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Super Secret Salad Dressing

1 cup good Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup good soy sauce (Braggs Amino Acids, Tamari...any of these will work)
1 cup good balsamic vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp maple syrup

Mix together and enjoy. Store in fridge.

Yes...it's THAT simple. And basically it's just a 1:1:1 ratio with a little sugar and a little garlic thrown in for flavor.
